Joe raised his family in Houston and then Sugar Land.
Joe is survived by 3 sons and their spouses - 2 daughters-in-law and 1 son-in-law, 5 grandsons and their spouses and 12 grandchildren. Through his second marriage, Joe is survived by 2 stepchildren and their spouses and children. Joe is also survived by his sister and 10 nieces and nephews and their spouses and children. Joe was preceded in death by his parents, 2 brothers and 1 sister. Joe was also preceded in death by both of his wives: Martha and Janet.
Joe was a business owner and entrepreneur. He was very active as a Boy Scout leader in Houston and was awarded the prestigious Silver Beaver Award – the highest honor that a local Boy Scout council can bestow upon a registered Scouter who has provided outstanding service to the council and it’s youth.
Many thanks to the wonderful caregivers at The Reserve at First Colony in Sugar Land Texas for their excellent service for the past 2 years. And finally, many many thanks to Gwen and Zavyion with Select Physical Therapy – his physical therapy workouts were loved by Joe and his family!
