He was preceded in death by his parents, Jose Ignacio Ramirez and Paula Bertha Ramirez. He is survived by his wife, Yolanda C. Ramirez, daughter Lizette C. Ramirez, brother and sister-in-law Jose Ignacio Jr. and Ernestine Ramirez, brothers, Raul Hector Ramirez, Alfonso Ramirez, Gilbert Ramirez, Ricardo Ramirez, brother and sister-in-law Arturo and Oralia Ramirez, sisters, Mary B. Garcia and Estela Armatta and numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be at Forest Park Westheimer Funeral Home, 12800 Westheimer @ Dairy Ashford from 5:00pm to 8:00pm on Monday, April 30, 2018. A rosary for the deceased will be held at 7:00pm in the funeral home chapel. Services will be held Tuesday morning, May 1, 2018, at 10:00am in the funeral home chapel. Interment will follow in Forest Park Westheimer Cemetery.
