Joe leaves his only child, JoAnn (Jesse) Rodriguez; his two Grandchildren, Hillary Denise and Jesse Jerrett Rodriguez; his only great Grandson Blake Shane Duran; and wife Marie Ramirez; his brothers, Louis Jr. (Becky) and Ray Ramirez Sr.; his sister, Linda Ramirez; his Sister-in-law, Eva Ramirez; and many nieces and nephews.
Born and raised in the community of Magnolia Park, Houston, Texas to the late Louis, Sr. and the late Mary H. Ramirez. Joe also joins in death, his late brother Rito Ramirez, Sr.
A Memorial Service will be held from 5pm to 9pm on Monday, August 8th at Forest Park Lawndale Funeral Home, 6900 Lawndale, Houston, Texas 77023, with a Memorable Eulogy starting at 7pm.
