A visitation for Joe will be held Wednesday, February 16, 2022 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at Funeraria Del Angel Crespo Navigation, 2516 NAVIGATION BLVD, HOUSTON, TX 77003. Following the visitation will be a graveside service from 2:30 PM to 3:00 PM at Forest Park East Cemetery, 21620 Gulf Fwy, Webster, TX 77598.
