Joanna A. Alford went to be with the Lord , June 16, 2023. She fought her health battles with strength and dignity. Joanna retired from the Harris County Sheriff Department. She loved family gatherings and tending to her flowers . Joanna was born to Kie (Wm) and Pauline Woychesin on March 13, 1943. Joanna is preceded in death by her parents ; sister, Pauline (Paulette) Supak and great niece, Christine Patterson. Survived by her son, Randal Alford (Pam) ; brother ,Cash Woychesin (Kathaleen); sister Cathy Norwood (Friend Terry); Grandchildren Allison, Brittany , Gina and numerous nieces , nephews, cousins ; special friends Kathleen and Dianna and loved her church group at Assumption Catholic Church.
Visitation will be held from 4:00PM to 7:00PM, Monday, June 26, 2023 at Earthman Resthaven Funeral Home with a Rosary to be recited at 6:00PM. The Funeral Service will be 11:00AM, Tuesday, June 27, 2023 at Earthman Resthaven Funeral Home. A committal service to follow. Catering to follow after the interment in Earthman Resthaven Cemetery.
