He was born in Guanajuato, Mexico, February 14, 1941. He was married to Maria Paz Perez since October 10, 1959 (64 years) He worked as a warehouse men for Coastal Provisions Inc.

He was a member of St. James Catholic Church in Spring. He had a passion for his beloved family and friends.

He is survived by his father:Severiano Perez, Mother:Maria Dolores Chaves, Children: Maria Trejo, Ausencio Perez, Maria Lourdes Trejo, Severiano Perez, Jesse Perez, Joe Perez, Yolanda Perez, Gloria Perez, Ruben Perez, Christine Perez, Lidia Perez, Juan Perez, Luis Perez, Grandchildren: Emilio Jr., David, Hugo, Gilbert, Marible, Roxana, Florencio, Medallita, Jose Ramon, Alejandra, Maria Paz, Tobias, Roberto, Armando, Eduardo, Jennifer, Giovanni, Leslie, Stephanie, Anthony, Andrew, Francis, Bianca, Ruben, Joseph, Matthew, Christopher, Katherine, Ashlyn, Juan Manuel,. He is also survived by 23 Great Grandchildren. Brothers and sister: Ignacio, Felizitas,Mercedes, Ruben, Estela and Abel.

A visitation for Jesus will be held Friday, February 17, 2023 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Earthman Resthaven Funeral Home, 13102 North Fwy, Houston, TX 77060. A rosary service will occur Friday, February 17, 2023 from 7:00 PM to 7:30 PM, 13102 North Fwy, Houston, TX 77060. A funeral service will occur Saturday, February 18, 2023 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Assumption Catholic Church, 901 Roselane St, Houston, TX 77037. A committal service will occur Saturday, February 18, 2023 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at Earthman Resthaven Cemetery, 13102 North Fwy, Houston, TX 77060.
