Janice Elaine Lamb

Janice Elaine Lamb, age 72, of Huffman, Texas passed away on Wednesday, August 17, 2022. Janice was born in Houston, Texas on January 20, 1950 to parents Mollie Wilson and Ernest Wilson. Janice graduated from Sam Houston High School in 1967. She met the love of her life Charles when she was in high school and married on September 16, 1968. Janice worked at GAP-CO for 23 years. Janice cherished her children and grandchildren, and they cherished her right back. In her early years, she enjoyed baking, sewing, tending her plants and being on the lake. In her later years, she enjoyed driving around in her red camaro.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Mollie and Ernest Wilson.

Janice is survived by her husband of 54 years Charles Lamb; children Banet Kerley (Jon), Dee Hawkins (Chris) and Mac Lamb; grandchildren Dainya LoCicero, Chase Dye, Zackary Hawkins, Damean Bible, Cody Hawkins, Ali Lopez, Kaigen Lamb, Mackinley Lamb and Luke Lamb; great grandchildren Dylan Kerley and Kolt Justice; sister Barbara Northcutt (Denny); brother Tim Wilson (Patsy); and all her friends at GAP-CO.

A visitation for Janice will be held Sunday, August 21, 2022 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at Brookside Funeral Home, 13747 Eastex Freeway, Houston, TX 77039.
