I never met Isaac, but knew the beautiful young man he was through his sweet mom. Though I know her from brief encounters, her love of her husband and children were formost in her life. Suly's world is her family, and Isaac was a large portion of that world. 

There are no words to explain the loss of a child. My heart breaks for you and your family. My condolences to you all, especially my sweet friend, Suly.

A sweet face and a gentle smile it what I will always remember. Isaac was a very good student and I enjoyed having him in my class this year. My heart was broken when I got the news of his passing. It is still hard to take. I had just  told him to be safe so I could see when we got back from break.  He is missed and will be missed by me and all that knew him. May you sleep amongst the angels and sit at the feet of God for eternity. Rest well young man.

I remember the last time I saw you at a house party earlier this year, it was also the first time i’d seen u since like 8th grade. Even after not seeing you for so long our bond was still the same as it was in middle school. We spent the whole time talking and catching up and reminiscing about the stupid stuff we used to do at black. My favorite memory with you was going to phobia in 7th grade with your sister and her friend, I swear the haunted house wasnt even that scary but me and you were screaming like little girls the whole time. I’m glad I had a good time with you the last time I saw you and I wish we hung out more after going to different schools. You were fr the most genuine and funniest person I’ve met and you only wanted the best for everyone you knew. Love you brother, rest in paradise. My family’s condolences go out to the De Los Santos family, we are keeping you all in our prayers. 

I only meet Isaac a few times when I would visit my sister and nephew Roman. One memory I do recall is my sister showing me a picture of dinner Roman sent her.  Isaac hooked up his boys!  I remember saying OMG who made that and her saying Isaac he's the chef of the group. I appreciated that my nephew had such a great friend in his corner. 

Isaac thank you for presence, your charisma and your inspiring energy although short it will always be remembered.

Dear friend Issac we dint spend lots of times ,but I remember you came up to me and ask me if I could check new pit bike .You was proud to have and you're seems very happy enjoying it always had one smile on you.That you bought the bike to me I told what need to be fixt i remember you took my notes and words along .and the next 4 days you made progress in them and I was happy to see you riding you're dirt bike back again .You put a lesson in life that sometimes others can make a different when there problem there's always a solution 😌 in it.You had more and many year to share with you mom and dad also you're loved ones, God know what he's doing and  noted that he will be always looking out for you're family 👪  R.I.P dear friend Issac ❤️.

I just want to say how sorry I am for the loss of your beloved son.  Words cannot express how my heart hurts and tears of sadness flow down my eyes as I write this letter.  Our kids mean the world to us and always remember that he will be welcomed with open arms when he ascends into heaven to unite with his Grandfather ( My beloved Tio Chayo).  You should be so blessed that forever you and your family will always be taken care of with 2 beautiful angles who will always be with you every step you take and forever you will feel their presence. One of the last times I saw Isaac was at my son's basketball game. I took a picture of him and Dylan and I sent it to my son telling him these boys are his supporters.  

Another recent memory I have of Isaac is when the boys were leaving my house going to go eat or the mall.  I couldn't get past how mature and manly Isaac was.  He gave me a hug and  told me he was so excited to graduate.  Normally I don't hug my son's friends, but Isaac was more like a part of our family. 

As I read all the tributes, I know everyone loves Isaac so much.  He was a wholehearted young man. Tommy and Suly, you raised a beautiful soul. My deepest condolences.

How did I know Isaac?  His smile.  My granddaughter attends Heights High.  Every morning I drop her off on Arlington Street.  Isaac parked near that drop off.  He and his friends caught my attention because of all their laughter.  I didn't have to hear it I could see it.  I often thought how awesome they were always there, ready for school and happy.   On occasion he would be exiting the drivers side and he must have recognized my daily routine because he would smile at me and nod.  He didn't know I really recognized that and appreciated it.  You can tell a lot about a person from their smile, and reading all these memories only confirms it.  I am so sorry Isaac was called home too soon.  So many bright days were ahead for him, now he is your shining star - your soaring angel.  Please accept my families deepest condolences.  I know I have shed a few tears since hearing this news I can only imagine your heart break.  


Isaac bro it still hasn't hit me and thats probably because I still cant believe it and i dont wanna believe it bro. You gained your wings to early bro its not fair. From the first time we met bro you had a smile on your face, I remember that day like it was yesterday you pulled up with your dad at the old shop, a little 7 year old mini version of your dad walking up to the football moonwalk smiling asking me if i wanted to play against you. And after a few games I remember your dad coming out getting mad at us because we weren't working and for you to leave us alone. I cant believe your gone bro, and im not going to believe it either i know your going to be watching over us especially your parents and sister. We love you bro, and you will be missed dearly. 

Isaac was the sweetest, well mannered and very respectful. ❤️. I’ll never forget when he wanted to come in to the house to personally shake my hand and say hi before he and Dylan left the house.  Such a testament to his parents and what a great man they were raising.  Always there for his friends, and I know he was always there for Dylan like a big brother.  I know he will now be a guardian angel for all his loved ones.  My condolences to all the family and friends.

no words can describe how i sorry i am . i want tell you everything i couldn’t , i want to tell you tell you how much you inspired me. Just the other day i saw you posted on thanksgiving saying how anyone is welcome into your home if they didn’t have one, that inspired me so much , such a genuine soul . i remember this night it was so unplanned but we had the best time. Talking with you getting to really sit and get to know you was the best thing . once we all stopped you and my bestfriend almost a 2 hour conversation, her mom was calling us home but we didn’t tell her she was so interested in talking to you because she’s never met anyone like you . your mindset and your energy was so genuine &rare in the best way because there wasn’t many people who thought like you , your energy was so unmatched you were so smart the smartest . any time we were in mr mcafferty class you would always scream out the answers . you were also always top in kahoot. it’s very rare when i met people  as positive as you are . a time i would never forget was when i told you when i was going through a little heart break and you told me how that wasn’t right and i didn’t deserve that, you don’t know how much i needed that . I promise you your name will forever live on , the jokes we would have , the laughs that smile i can’t stop replying in my head . any function i seen you at a function i always seen that smile and the conversations we’d have. i felt safe around you even if i just seen your face and that smile anyone could see i felt so safe and comfort you made sure everyone was good always made people feel you were there no matter what .you were the person i would wanna see at school any function .the only thing helping me with my days is know you are with god in his hands safe and sound . my deepest condolences to the De Los Santos family . will forever be showing love to isaac🤍

I remember The day I took this photo of you, we had been out all day fishing and you swore there were no fish in the water even though we were at the ocean. Although you were tired and we didn’t catch anything , you stayed out with me till 1 am on the beach . Things like this you did often , and you did it purely out of love, because that’s just the type of person you were . I’m going to miss those late night conversations we shared together , you spoke life , you spoke motivation , you had so many dreams and you inspired people to chase their own dreams  . You were the type of friend that wanted the best for the people you loved , even if that meant telling them something they didn’t want to hear and risk them being mad at you, but you didn’t care you  wanted to see the ones you loved reach their full potential. This was the last time I ever saw you before you were taken from us. It was the last football game and you were so sad that our senior year was coming to end. Thank you for always being a supportive friend , since freshman year to senior year you were the one who pushed all your friends to their best. You were my gossip and tik tok bud. It all started at Oak Forest kindergarten year when I met you … it’s so crazy to think that we all grew up together. I miss you so much so many memories are running through my head right now. From elementary to middle school, I have so many stories to tell! You were a amazing funny person and you helped me with so much stuff! Im so grateful for each and every moment we ever spent together. One of my favorite memories I have is when Alina and our friends would dare you to run in my grandmas class and say something then I would have to chase you to see see what you said😂. We really had a time at Oak Forest. Also at Frank Black you would yell at me to run my laps instead of walking when you were at the front. One of the last times i saw you, the beginning of Thanksgiving break. We ran around downtown in the cold and rain trying to find somewhere to eat. We planned to go to Saltgrass but we left because of an hour wait. Then you wanted to go to The Grove but someone had rented the whole place out. Then you wanted to go to the Rockets game but I told you we’ll go another time because it was already the middle of the game😢 It breaks my heart there won’t be another time and we didn’t just go then. We ended up going to Spaghetti Western then got apple pie from Mcdonalds. You never failed to make sure i was happy

I love you so much I can’t believe our story ended like this, nothing feels right with out you 😢 We have so so so many memories together it’s impossible to pick my favorite. I’ve been everywhere with you, I cant go anywhere without memories flooding but I will cherish them forever. I’ll never stop missing you 🤍:(

My favorite picture of you since i took it only a couple weeks ago. You were so sweet always making sure i didn’t open any doors when i was with you. You also had flu in this yet you still look so perfect 🤍

Every time we went to the movies you would get so excited to sneak food in. I would stuff your food in my bag and when we made it past security you would be so excited and shocked like we got away with the biggest crime. I don’t know how many times your drink or whataburger or wingstop spilled in my bag but I would do it for you 1000000x more. We we’re just talking about how the best movie we saw this year was bodies, bodies, bodies and i even remember you suggesting we become members of the regal club at Edwards because of how many movies there was to see together 😣

Since middle school and elementary school, I dont know how I got so lucky to be loved by you for so long.

damn bro i remember this night so much this was mine and dylan’s first time riding the scooters down town it might’ve been yours to i don’t remember that but remember we got the scooters the second i got on it i said “how do i go fast” i went down on the bar and crashed right into a car lmaoo we couldn’t ever forget that moment you’d always make fun of me for that😂but after i crashed we just went riding downtown for a good hour on the scooters going to the top of parking garages and everything and every single time we finished the night wit some ihop you’d get the breakfast sampler and me and dylan would get the tres leches pancakes ima miss those nights we gonna go to ihop after every night still love you my boy see you in another life time ❤️

All for your birthday.  She had your rooms fixed up so nicely with a theme. Then yall came to church where my brother Enrique invited us to. CLC. I remember sitting behind yall. Saying hi and giving you all kisses.  Then a few years ago. Seen you just so tall, And all grown. you were just 14.  Man what a handsome son you have Zuly. He is so big now. She said I know right. I thought to myself.  Why Toy don't look like him grown. 🙂 But I guess all our kids grow differently.   These are the memories I have of you. I will never forget them.
