Gloria Amador Shepard, 63 was born on Thursday, January 29, 1948 to Gilbert and Otilia Cantu Amador in Fannin, Texas. She entered into eternal life on Saturday, September 3, 2011 in Houston, Texas. She leaves to cherish fond memories, her husband of 40 years, Daniel Shepard; daughter, Stephanie Gashette and husband Daniel; granddaughter, Shelby Gashette; three sisters, Margarita Flores, Edolina Amador and Maria Bauman and husband David and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and dear friends. She is reunited with her parents, Gilbert and Otilia Cantu Amador. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, September 6, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. at St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church with Rev. Clint Ressler, Celebrant. She will be laid to rest during a private committal service following the funeral mass.
