Gloria was preceded in death by parents Floyd and Belva Harriman, and son Christopher Heinen Burgess.
Gloria was an amazing wife, mother, friend and caregiver of many children. She will be greatly missed.
Gloria is survived by her husband, Gary of Spring, Texas; daughter, Laura Zimmerman of Bishop, Texas and son Gary Burgess, Jr., also of Spring, Texas. In addition, she is survived by her grandchildren Bailey Heinen-Colby of Littleton, Colorado and Kylee and Lindsey Zimmerman of Bishop, Texas.
Visitation will be held from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Friday, September 11, 2015 at Brookside Funeral Home Champions, 3410 FM 1960 West, Houston, TX 77068. Funeral services will be held at 4 p.m. on Saturday, September 12, 2015 in the chapel of Brookside Funeral Home Champions.
Visitation in Corpus Christi will be held at Seaside Memorial Park in Corpus Christi on Monday, September 14, 2015 from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m.
Entombment Services will follow at Seaside Memorial Park.
