Glenn was a very private person. Many friends plus family did not know the health issues he had or the challenges he faced. After his wife’s death in 2002, he became the only parent for his daughter with special needs. With strong determination he managed to run his business, care for his daughter while handling his own health issues along the way. One person asked him how he does it. He replied, “I am a Marine, the original tough guy, I never give up.” That was Glenn up to the last days of his life.
