George Harrison Jr.

George William Harrison Jr. 12/13/1954 – 12/11/2016 passed away peacefully due to complications of diabetes. George leaves to cherish his memories, his parents, Father, George W. Harrison Sr. and Mother, Thelma G. Harrison, his children: Joseph W. Harrison (Chelsea), James A. Harrison, Bridget M. Jannise (Rev. Michael, siblings: Sr. Mary Ann of Jesus O.C.D., Michael G. Harrison (Valentina), Cecelia A Pena (Jerry), Patrick J. Harrison, Christopher E. Harrison, Theresa M. Viguerie (Michael), Dennis J Harrison (Lisa), Jane F. Harrison, Francis Harrison-deceased, grandchildren: Spencer W. Harrison and Blake C. Harrison. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends. George started his life in Houston but also lived in Odessa, Texas and Gallup, New Mexico in his early years. He attended St. Augustine Catholic School, St. Thomas High School, and the University of Houston for two years. He later joined the U.S. Marines, even after honorable discharge there was never any doubt that George a Marine. He married Cassandra Burrow; together they had three beautiful children. George worked many years for American Power lance and his last job was with Gulf Coast Water Authority. George was very ill the past three years while living with his son James. We are very grateful for the care given at Michael DeBakey VA Hospital and for Carol, a dear telephone friend of many years.
