I met Frank White back in 1983.  He was working in Howard's grocery store P.A.. I went in to get some Dial  soap he was a sacker and asked if he could carry my bag?? I looked at him real strange it's only soap I don't need any help.He proceeded to walk me out the store until the car we talked for a few minutes I went on. The next time I was in Howard's he approached me again so long story short he asked me how old I was and I told him I was 16 at the time he stood back and said oh no you a youngster I'm not going to jail for you LOL but when will you be 18? So I told him never giving it much though trying to stay out of Howard's because Everytime I went he was there. August 31,1985 around 4:30 in the evening I heard a motorcycle in the yard me and mama looked out the window I was shocked OMG he really came. Anyone who knew my Dad knew that wasn't allowed on Thomas Blvd . Mama said you better get him away from here before your daddy get here. Well at that very minute Johnny Lewis pulled up!!! He seen this person in the yard on a motorcycle he started to do the fool, I didn't get a chance to go outside and say anything to Frank stuff was happening fast. Shot gun Kelly was the name my friends gave me dad kmsl he walked over t o Frank asked him how can I help you? He said I'm here to see Rhonda. Johnny Lewis to I couldn't have no company and some other stuff. Frank got off the bike and said hold up Mr. Lewis I'm a man I know she's 18 today and I want to date her Lord I was shaking in my shoes didn't know what was coming next. Johnny Lewis looked at Frank White and said wait here.  Frank was the only person who stood up to my dad and was able to come there without repercussions. From that day forward Frank Lee is was a part of my life . We even split up for after 10yrs we had our son in 1991. We co- parent and remained friends. In 2011 he resurfaced and he has been in my life ever since then. He was my best friend, confidant, better half. My world is upset down .

Condolences to the family..I pray you’ll find peace in this time of mourning ..

To a great friend  really family may u rest in power thinking about our last ride you me and my cousin Troy the laughs fun and also the food we ate that day I will always remember that Thanks for everything BIG FRANK salute………

This was my nephew's Wedding!  we had a great weekend R I P Papa Frank ❤️

Uncle Frank he was a friend a uncle someone I can vent to I really really am going to miss you. But I know God had other plans for you rest easy you will always be missed and please give Mama Lisa a hug for me.

My big homie you going to truly be missed say something wrong for me rest easy.

My very fist memory of Mr. White was the end of  2007, when Donald and I first started dating I came to his apartment and dooda introduce us and I said it’s nice to meet you Frank, and he so kindly asked me do you know me? And I had a puzzled look, he said you have to know me to call me Frank, he then said call me Mr.White.  And from there I knew better,  our relationship  grew he saw that I would be around for a while and after I gave birth to Dylan he embraced me more and took care of me. Just like he did his boys, I was grateful to have a glimpse into Donald’s life which turned into me being grateful to have a glimpse of Mr. Whites life. Family was so important to him he bragged about all the solid men in his family, and his Auntie Mary he spoke so highly of. He was proud of his heritage his people, his family. He was in my eyes Mr. Make it happen anything you mentioned you needed or wanted he was gone do what was needed to be done to make it happen. 
I will miss him so much getting my birthday call every year , our long talks,  him being the Greatest papa to Dylan and loving him so much. 

I hate that he won’t be here to see more milestones that Dylan, Donald , and I will share but he will forever be with us in spirit.
