Frances was born January 17, 1946 in Houston, Texas to Clemons Harrison and Pearl Crosby. She graduated from Smiley High School and went on to study business in college. Frances made a career as a photo lab tech and printer in the 1970s. She spent the years following caring for her husband, children, and grandchildren.
Frances is preceded in death by her daughter Stacy Ann Fitch and husband Ernest Edgar French. She is survived by her siblings Marie Viator, Shirley Pillow, and Jimmy Harrison, as well as her step children
and many grandchildren. She spent her final years working through her illness with Brittni and Linzie French by her side. Special treatment and care was provided by Scott Zela and Renise Edwards.
A graveside service for Frances will be held Wednesday, March 29, 2023 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM at Rosewood Cemetery, 2602 S Houston Ave, Humble, TX 77396.
