He was born on November 14, 1930 in Las Brisas (China, Nuevo Leon), Mexico to loving parents Guadalupe Vega Balderas and Guadalupe Balderas.
He is preceded in death by his daughter Nancy Balderas and son Eugenio Balderas Jr.
He is survived by his wife, Blanca Rita Balderas, children, Maria G. Arzate, Graciela (Mario) Mercado, Nora (Eduardo) H. Barriuso, Norma Balderas, and Gerardo Balderas, 17 grandchildren, 44 great grandchildren, 8 great great grandchildren and 2 on the way.
A graveside service for Eugenio will be held Thursday, October 17, 2024 from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM at Earthman Resthaven Funeral Home and Cemetery, 13102 North Fwy, Houston, TX 77060.
