Erasmo "Neno" Daniel Martinez

Neno was born on October 26, 1999 to Aurelia and Esteban Martinez. As a young child he enjoyed time playing with his cousins, close family time and many hours outside playing soccer. He especially enjoyed eating Sunday dinners at his Grandparents' and playing Loteria. After graduating from MacArthur High School in 2018, he worked hard to further his education. Wanting to return to technical welding school where he could follow the career path of his father and grandfather.

He was a proud father to 18-month-old Nicholas Elias Martinez, whom he adored alongside of his high-school sweetheart, Marlenne Palacios.

Anyone who knew him understood his willingness to go out of his way to help everyone.

He is survived by his Mother: Aurelia Martinez, Father: Esteban Martinez, Brothers: Esteban Martinez, Jr. & wife Yazzette, Emiliano David Martinez. His Son, Nicholas Elias Martinez and Girlfriend, Marlenne Palacios. Grandparents: Erasmo & Norma Marez, Juana Gonzales. Nieces: Natalia & Leticia Martinez, Aunts: Michelle Martinez & Angelica Marez; Uncles: Erasmo Marez, Concepcion Martinez, Martin Martinez, Alfredo Martinez, , Reynaldo Martinez, Jose Rodriguez; Cousins: Joel Martinez, Jazelle Rodriguez, Andres Almendares, Alexis Sanchez, Aiden Garza, Aleczander Marez, Alanis Marez.

A visitation for Neno will be held Friday, August 18, 2023 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Brookside Funeral Home, 13747 Eastex Freeway, Houston, TX 77039. Funeral service will occur Saturday, August 19, 2023 at 11:30 AM in the Grand Chapel at Brookside, followed by burial at Brookside Memorial Park.
