Elvia "Eva" Rodriguez was born in San Antonia, Texas to Gabriel and Elida Rodriguez on July 21, 1948. She passed into eternal rest in Houston, Texas on August 26, 2016. Left to cherish her memories are daughters: Renee Vasquez, Regina "Genie" Labay, Bernadette Aguirre; son Adrien L. Aguirre; closest great niece Jennifer "Jenna" Ramos; sister Norma J. "Pinky" Rodriguez and brother Robert L. "Bo" Rodriguez & wife Letty and 12 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. Those that preceded her in death are: parents Elida Rodriguez & Gabriel Rodriguez; brothers Joe Gabriel "Joey" Rodriguez & Reginald "Reggie" Rodriguez; sister Jessica "Jay" Rodriguez; niece Jessica "Baby Jay" and nephews Gabriel & Michael Franco.
A memorial service will be held at Brookside Funeral Home, 13747 Eastex Freeway, Houston, Texas 77039 on Friday, September 2, 2016 at 5:00 p.m. in the Grand Chapel with a reception following from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
