He also sold Oldsmobiles and Hondas for the McDavid Family after moving to Houston in 1954 and was in the top sales year after year. Eddie was an amateur boxer in high school and at St. Benedict’s College in Atchison, Kansas.
Friends are cordially invited to a visitation with the family from six until seven o’clock in the evening on Wednesday, the 8th of December, in the Jasek Chapel of Geo. H. Lewis & Sons, 1010 Bering Drive in Houston. A recitation of the Holy Rosary is to commence at seven o’clock.
A Mass of Christian Burial is to be offered at ten o’clock in the morning on Thursday, the 9th of December, at St. Michael Catholic Church, 1801 Sage Road in Houston, where the Rev. The family would like to thank the staff at Methodist Hospital, the Evercare Hospice Team and his personal caregivers, Mary Biloche, Ana Monroy and Linda San Juan. In lieu of customary remembrances, contributions may be made in honor of Mr. Harris to the charity of one’s choice.
