She is preceded in death by her husband Ben Omer Mahaffey, parents Fred and Julia Drews, brothers: Rupert Drews, Fred Milford (Boots) Drews, Avin Earl (Jack) Drews, Robert Charles Drews, Lyle Seavy Drews, sisters: Annie Ruth Thompson, Julia Irene Weiser, Dorris Marie Blake, Edna Elsie Drews.
Left to cherish her loving memory son Ben O. Mahaffey, Jr., daughter Dorothy A. Binder, sister Grace Alline Scarbrough, 7 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, 2 great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation for family and friends will begin on Wednesday, January 6, 2021 5pm to 8pm. Funeral service will be held on Thursday, January 7, 2021 at 9:30am. All services will take place at Brookside Funeral Home 13747 Eastex Freeway Houston, Texas 77039. Interment to follow in Brookside Memorial Park immediately after the funeral service.
