She is preceded in death by her parents, John A Hayes and Versie Kinstley Hayes and brother, John G. Hayes.
Left to cherish her memory: daughters, Susan Swindle and husband Ray and Jeanine Evans and husband Ken; grandchildren, Nicole Klobas and husband Mark, Courtney Acosta and husband Mario, Kristin Fennymore and husband Rupert; great-grandchildren, Jessica Evans, Karli Gouner, Kai Gouner and Mac Klobas.
A visitation will begin at 1pm, followed by funeral service at 2pm, in the Colonial Chapel of Forest Park Lawndale Funeral Home on Tuesday, January 17th.
Interment to immediately follow in the Forest Park Lawndale Cemetery,
