Dennis Wagner, a lifelong resident of Houston, Texas, went home to be with his Lord Jesus Christ on January 2, 2021 at the age of 70. His battle with serious medical issues in recent years showed his courage. Despite complications, he remained a fighter until the end.
Dennis was the youngest child of Johnny and Alice Wagner of Houston, Texas. He attended St. Pius X
high School and went on to have successful careers in retail management and in the oilfield industry.
Dennis joins his parents Johnny and Alice, mother-in-law Evelyn Grimes and brother-in-law Harmon Martin in Heaven. He is survived by wife, Gail; children: Mary Vandiver and husband Russell, Maverick Wagner and wife Stephanie; sister and brother: Virginia Martin and John Allen Wagner (wife Sylvia); sister-in-law Gloria Hill (husband Michael) and a host of beloved nieces and nephews.
Anyone who knew Dennis knew that he was a special soul. He will be forever loved and remembered and missed more than words can say.
