Deborrah Ann McKeown

Deborrah Ann Stone McKeown passed away peacefully into the arms of her Heavenly Father on August 20, 2022. She is now free from her struggle with Vascular Dementia. She was born in Dallas, Texas on March 20, 1950.

Deborrah graduated from Bryan Adams High School in Dallas, Texas in 1968. She went to Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Texas. After one year she left and decided to get into the workforce. She moved to Houston, Texas where she met the love of her life, Glenn McKeown. They married and had two children, Tracy and Jennifer McKeown. Deborrah went back to college and earned her nursing degree. She was a nurse at Memorial Hermann Hospital for many years before retiring. Deborrah loved working in her flowerbeds. She had a green thumb and always had a beautiful yard.

She is survived by her dad, Bill Stone; son, Tracy McKeown, daughter-in-law, Kellie McKeown; daughter, Jennifer McKeown; grandchildren, Devin, Jake, Maura McKeown; siblings, Denise Burmingham and brother-in-law, Ted Burmingham, Bill Stone, Jr. and sister-in-law, Nancy Howard Stone, and Roxane Baumert; several nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her mother, Mary Ann Ross Stone; husband, William (Glenn) McKeown; brother-in-law, Henry (Hank) Baumert.

A visitation for Deborrah will be held Saturday, September 3, 2022 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Forest Park Lawndale Funeral Home. A funeral service will occur Saturday, September 3, 2022 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM. A committal service will occur Saturday, September 3, 2022 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM.
