Daniel joined church and accepted Christ at an early age. He graduated from M.B. Smiley High School in May 2001; and was a dedicated employee at the Mauser Corporation for 15 plus years.
He later met and married his wife, Tresha Rogers Jackson of 19 years.
Daniel Matthew Jackson departed this life on November 27, 2022. He was preceded in death by his father,
V.C. Jackson.
He leaves to cherish his memory, his wife Tresha Rogers Jackson of Houston, Texas; two sons, Daniel Jackson, Jr. and Darin Rashad Jackson of Houston, Texas; two brothers, Jerome Jackson of Houston, Texas and Joshua Jackson of Newport News, Virginia; one sister, Rachel Jackson of Houston, Texas; and a host of loving aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, friends, and coworkers whom he loved dearly. He also leaves to cherish a neighborhood best friend and like a brother, Calvin Butcher.
