Dalia H Carranza

Dalia H. Carranza, 59, entered eternal rest on January 16, 2021. She was born October 12, 1961 in Houston, Texas. In her earlier years, she played softball and graduated from MacArthur High School. Later she received her cosmetology license and CDL. Dalia worked and retired from Aldine ISD Transportation. She enjoyed interior decorating, shopping, cooking, and sewing.

Dalia is preceded in death by her mother: Eva Hinojosa and brother: Michael Hinojosa. Left to cherish her loving memory, loving husband: Wallace Carranza, Sr.; father: Cipriano Hinojosa; daughter: Francine Eve Carranza; daughters in law: Jessika Ruiz, Glenda Acevedo; sons: Wallace Carranza, Jr., Samuel Carranza; son in law: Tony Nguyen; grandchildren: Ethan Wallace Carranza, Brisa Chapa, Andrea Chapa; sister: Jessica Hinojosa; brothers: Cipriano Hinojosa, Jr., Jimmy Hinojosa.

Visitation for family and friends will take place on Sunday, January 24, 2021 from 5pm to 8pm with an Evening Service beginning at 6pm. The Funeral service will be held on Monday, January 25, 2021 at 2:30pm. All services will be at Brookside Funeral Home, 13747 Eastex Freeway Houston, Texas 77039. Interment to follow immediately after the funeral service in Brookside Memorial Park.
