Chris Justin Horak "Hulk"

Chris “Hulk” Horak, on February 17th 2022, of Needville, TX, died peacefully.

Christopher was born a twin, alongside Brandon Horak on November 18, 1984, to Mary Jane and the late Edward Horak in Richmond Texas. From childhood, Chris was a people person with a huge heart of gold! After graduating from Needville High School, Chris attended the Wharton County Police Academy to pursue a career in law enforcement. Along the way, he obtained his Bachelors in Criminal Justice from the University of Houston and rounded off his 14 year tenure at the Harris County 5th Precinct, Constables Office as a veteran Deputy in the Civil and Writs Division where he also gained the title of Master Officer.

When Christopher wasn’t wearing a badge, he was wearing a vest, as a loyal member to his motorcycle club family: Thin Blue Line (TBL). As he served the community with TBL, he obtained the position of Senior Sargent at Arms. Chris was proud of his position, but more than anything, he supported his club members and treated them like family, as they also did him.

Hulk was his stature, but kind was his heart. Never will you meet a more selfless, out-going, thoughtful, and helpful human being than Chris. It’s no wonder he caught the eye of Sarah Kaminski in High School, and from that time on, they have been inseparable. Chris NEVER met a stranger! He was also a lover of animals, especially those of exotic nature; from tarantulas and small snakes…all the way up to ponies!

Chris was preceded in death by his grandparents, William Whitfield, Jodie and Martha Horak and father Edward Horak.

He leaves to cherish his memory a devoted wife and life partner, Sarah; a loving daughter Riley who was the apple of his eye; proud mother, Mary Jane Williams (Hank); caring siblings, Shelbie DeZell (Derek), Carrie Klein (Austin) and twin brother Brandon Horak; he also leaves a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and a multitude of friends.
