Cesar is survived by his spouse, Mary Ernestine Villarreal; daughter Beatriz Gonzalez; son-in-law Juan Gonzalez; son Jessie Estrada; and daughter-in-law Lina Estrada; brother Javier Villarreal, sister-in-law Rosa Villarreal, brother Alvaro Villarreal, sister-in-law Dulce Villarreal, brother Jose Luis Villarreal, sister-in-law Virginia Blanche Loya, brother-in-law Elias Garza, sister-in-law Madgelene Suzanne Portillo, brother-in-law Albert Portillo, brother-in-law Ernest H Guterrez Jr. and sister-in-law Magdalena Villarreal; grandson Erick Estrada, granddaughter Bianca Estrada, grandson Adrian Estrada, granddaughter Marissa Estrada, granddaughter Sara Estrada, grandson Lorenzo Estrada, granddaughter Aryela Villarreal Gonzalez, granddaughter Alejandra Villarreal Gonzalez, grandson John Sebastian Gonzalez, grandson Gabriel Gonzalez, great grandson Cadyn Estrada, great granddaughter Amelia Estrada, great grandson Marco Estrada, great granddaughter Eliana Estrada, great grandson Isaiah Estrada and great grandson Julian Estrada.

Cesar was preceded in death by brother Oscar Villarreal (Magdalena); sister Minerva Villarreal Ramos and brother-in-law Francisco Ramos (Minerva).

A rosary for Cesar will be held Friday, November 27, 2020 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Funeraria Del Angel, 5100 North Fwy, Houston, TX 77022, followed by a visitation from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
