Carolyn, you were like an aunt to me. You were a great listener. When I needed your help you were there. When I needed a good laugh you were there. You always brought laughter into the room. Always made dull moments brighter. It still feels unreal that you are gone. I remember when you first schooled me on what a hooptie was…I was never street smart. You taught me a lot. I’m forever grateful. I’ll never forget you! Love you. R.I.P. 

My dearest Carolyn,
We'll miss your laughter, your voice, and thanks for being a great  friend. Thanks for being there when I needed you to pick up my kids in your yellow hooptie (I didn't know what a hooptie was until you told me). Thanks for moving to Salt Lake City, Utah, so my kids and i could get to know your friendship. 
I dreamt about you last night, so I could say my goodbyes, since I didn't get to say them earlier.
SIP, my beautiful friend. You were truly loved, and my prayers are with your family at this time.

We are the nieces and nephews of Uncle Alexander who was married to Aunt Nolvia Jewel our father and grandfather Curtis H. Collins,' sister (better  known as , Harlee) to the Collins family.
