Billie Jo Powell, age 74, of Magnolia, Texas passed away on Wednesday, December 18, 2024.
A celebration of life for Billie will be held Saturday, January 11, 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at American Heritage Funeral Home, 10710 Veterans Memorial Drive, Houston, TX 77038.
