Betty L. Parks

She was married to Gentry Dale Parks on January 18, 1946. Betty retired from a career in management for AT&T. She had a passion for reading, scrapbooking and her grandchildren.

Betty was preceded in death by her husband Gentry Dale Parks; father Arthur Denison and mother Edith Denison.

Betty is survived by; daughter Judith Withers and husband Kenneth; son Michael Parks; and daughter Edith Anders; grandchildren Jim Withers, Jeff Anders, Melissa Meadows, Jon Anders, Rebekah Parks, 26 great-grandchildren and siblings Loretta Morris, Betty Denison and numerous nieces and nephews.

A visitation for Betty will be held Sunday, October 8, 2017 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Brookside Funeral Home, 13747 Eastex Freeway, Houston, TX 77039. A funeral service will occur Monday, October 9, 2017 at 2:00 PM, 13747 Eastex Freeway, Houston, TX 77039. A committal service will occur Monday, October 9, 2017 from 3:15 PM to 3:30 PM at Brookside Memorial Park, 13747 Eastex Freeway, Houston, TX 77039.

Serving as pallbearers are Justin Withers, Joel Withers, Jared Withers, Stephen Anders, Aaron Anders, Nathan Anders, Austin Eribarne and Kenneh Eribarne.
