Betty was born July 6, 1946 and passed away on January 25, 2016 after a 4 year battle with dementia.
She was predeceased by her previous husband, Robert Salter; parents, grandparents and many step nieces, nephews and grandchildren. Betty is survived by her husband Michael Martz; sister, Charline Brown and her husband Jerry of Conroe, TX.; cousin, Nancy Hayward and husband Don of Lewisville, TX.
Betty graduated from Stephen F. Austin High School (1964) in Houston, TX then went to Massey Business College. Her career began with Trunkline Gas/Duke Energy with 30+ years of service.
Graveside services will be at 10:00 a.m., February 1, 2016 at Forest Park Lawndale, Houston, TX.
