Beryl D. Cox passed away on January 21, 2012. She leaves behind her adored nieces, nephews, all of her wonderful friends and her partner Joann Dupree. She always had a song in her heart and a poem in her pen. A Celebration of Life will be held at 12:30 p.m., Saturday, February 18, 2012 at Memorial Oaks Funeral Home, 13001 Katy Freeway, Houston, Texas 77079.
