Becky was an excellent mom, supportive, compassionate, kind, joyful, caring, strong, and full of wisdom. Being a mother was one of the most important parts of Becky’s life, a role that gave her much pride and joy.
Becky had a smile that would light up a room. She had several positive impacts on many lives and was always quick to lend a hand to anyone who was in need. She had a gift that made every individual feel thought of and appreciated. Becky enjoyed pastimes such as spending time with family and friends, dancing, music, crafts, and jewelry making.
Becky graduated from Brazoswood High School in 1986 and continued her education with a master’s degree in law to fulfill her passion as a paralegal.
Becky was predeceased by her father Pamfilo Alvarez, and stepfather Marcelino Herrera. She is survived by her mother Jesusa Herrera, brother Pamfilo Alvarez Jr., brother Marcelino Herrera Jr., son August Witt, daughter Andrea Witt, daughter Selena Witt, and grandson Ethan Escobar.
She is honored by many loving family members and friends who will all miss her dearly.
A visitation with the family for Becky will be held Sunday, September 5, 2021 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at The Hunters Creek Chapel at Earthman Funeral Directors, 8303 Katy Freeway, Houston, Texas 77024, followed by a funeral service at 2:00 PM.
If you are in attendance, masks are required by the request of the family.
