Dr. Anthony The Si Pham, 78, passed away Wednesday, February 6th, 2013 in Houston, Texas. He was born in Thái Bình, Vietnam on January 1st, 1935, the son of Pham Van Con and Nguyen Thi Tiem. He was united in marriage to Tran Thi Lan November 26, 1958, in Saigon, Vietnam. Prior coming to the United States, Dr. Pham served as Army Physician for the Republic of Vietnam Arm Forces and his latest rank was Major. Dr. Pham also worked at East Louisiana State Hospital in Jackson, Louisiana for many years. Besides his professional career, he was known among friends as a Mahjong Chess Master, a handsome and friendly guy. Dr. Pham is survived by his wife Tran Thi Lan; 5 daughters Lan Anh, Lan Chi (Lisa), Lan Phuong (Connie), Lan Thanh (Jennifer), Lan Thi; 1 son The Hung; and eleven grandchildren Alex, Liz, Bao, Megan, Olivia, Andrea, Nathan, Talor, Jason, Christopher, and Michael.
