Anna Lee Hausman

On May 11, 2022, Mrs. Anna Lee Hausman died peacefully in her home surrounded by family. While Anna’s heart belongs to Texas as her true home, she spent the last 2 decades living with her daughter, Lori, and family in Maryland. Anna Lee blessed the world with 6 children: Linda, Stephen, Carey Paul, Ronald Jr., Lori Lee, and Annette; 30 grandchildren, 85 great-grandchildren, 4 great-great grandchildren and counting. She has moved on to be reunited with the love of her life, Ronald “Buck” Hausman, their precious son, Ronald Hausman, Jr., her beloved mother, Paula Charlotte Uppencamp, and her father, Leander Bernard Uppencamp. Anna lived to be 91 years and 133 days old and has enjoyed a life full of blessings and adventures. As the matriarch of her family, the focus of her life was leading by example. She inspired others to live a life of love and instilled in her loved ones the utmost importance of family. Anna was passionate about leaving the world a better place and donated generously to many causes. Anna loved music, singing, dancing; and was an accomplished pianist, artist, and baton twirler. The family always sang in the car on their trips, combining her love of family and music. Anna loved to travel to many places around the world, and especially loved to do so with Buck by her side. She talked about her adventures as often as she could. We send her off on the ultimate adventure with love in our hearts.
