Alejandro Nava Loredo Sr.

August 26, 1942 – January 02, 2023

Alejandro “Alex” Nava Loredo Sr., 80 was a loving and dedicated husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend. Alex entered eternal rest on Monday January 2, 2023. He was born in San Luis Potosi, Mexico to Agustin Villagran Loredo and Maria Antonia Alvarez Nava on August 26, 1942. The Loredo family moved to Baytown, TX when Alex as 6 years old. Alex met his loving wife Anita Ramirez in 1961 and married 1967. Alex joined the Unites States Army on February 14, 1964 and serviced for four years. His favorite past time while on tour was his visits to Germany and Spain. Alex is survived by his wife Anita Loredo, Son Alejandro Loredo Jr. (Feliciana), Daughter Lisa Loredo, Son Demetrio Loredo (Nickie) and seven grandchildren, Christopher M. Ortiz-Loredo, Alexis M. Loredo, Samantha N. Loredo, Noah D. Loredo, Lolabelle F. Loredo, Nicolas C. Loredo and Demetrio N. Loredo.

Alejandro is preceded in the death by his parents, two brothers, three sister and grandchild Josephine F. Loredo.

A public memorial vigil schedule on Tuesday January 10, 2023 between 4:00 pm and 8:00 pm at American Heritage Funeral Home: 10710 Veterans Memorial Dr., Houston, TX 77038. A rosary for the faithfully departed will occur at 7:00 pm.

Service will be held at 11:00 am on Wednesday January 11, 2023, in the Sanctuary at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church: 501 Tidwell Rd., Houston, TX 77022

Graveside service will be held at 1:00 pm Earthman Resthaven Cemetery 13102 North Freeway, Houston, TX 77060

Reception will follow at 2:00pm at American Legion Post 560, 3720 Alba Rd., Houston, TX 77018
