Alberto Montalvo, 90, died Monday September 1, 2014. Mr. Montalvo was born October 10, 1923 in San Benito, Tx. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army Air Corps having served during WWII. He retired from Air Control Associates where he worked for over 30 years. He is preceded in death by his wife, Rosita Montalvo; father, Alfredo Montalvo Sr.; mother, Lucia Montalvo and daughter-in-law Paula Montalvo. Survivors include sister, Minerva Williams; brother, Alfredo Montalvo Jr.; Children, Alberto Montalvo Jr. and wife Melissa, Ledecia Quell and husband Steve, Oscar Montalvo; as well as 10 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
There will be a memorial service celebrating his life Friday September 5, 2014 at 10:30am at the Brookside-Cypress Creek Funeral Home 9149 Highway 6 North Houston, Tx 77095. Preceding the service there will be a visitation from 9:00am-10:30am at the same location.
