Raymond Daniels

Raymond Daniels 68, better known to many as "Peanut Butter" or "Bic."  A native of  Lake Charles, LA and a long time resident of Morgan City, LA passed away quietly on Tuesday, September 12, 2023 at his residence. He was born on January 25, 1955 to Louvenia Moore and Andrew Douglas of Lake Charles, LA.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 23, 2023 from 9:00 AM until funeral service at 11:00 AM at Church of Christ, 1105 Railroad Ave., Morgan City, LA. Burial will follow in the Morgan City Cemetery.

He leaves to cherish his memories, his wife of twenty-three years, Rhonda L. Daniels of Morgan City, LA; two daughters: Lettia D. Griffin and Johnell Johnson both of Morgan City, LA; two sons: Reginald (Jessica) Daniels of Houma, LA; one stepson: Cory Livingston of Morgan City, LA; seven grandchildren, one great grandchild: two brothers: Charles Daniel, I. of  Mississippi and John (Tonya) Daniel of Lake Charles, LA; five sisters: Esther Daniel of Lawton, D.K.; Edna (Johnny) Miller, Sarah Daniel, Tammy D. Collins, Diane Daniels all of Lake Charles, LA; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents and three siblings: Roy Daniel, Henry Daniel and Ethel D. Hancett.
