Clifford Walker, Jr.

Visitation will be observed on Saturday September 25, 2021 from 9:00 A. M. until funeral services at 11:00 A. M. at Eagle Wright Baptist Church, Gray, LA, 70359. (All visitors are asked to adhere to the CDC/local regulations by wearing masks and practicing social distancing). Military Honors will be rendered at the end of the services. Burial will be at at later date in the Halfway Cemetery. 

Clifford Jr., was a Senior Deacon at the New Magnolia Baptist Church of Schriever, LA and a veteran of the United States Army, receiving an honorable discharge. 

Memories of Clifford, Jr. will remain in the hearts of his: wife, Gertie Walker of Thibodaux, LA; son, Kimerly (Chera) Woods of Houma, LA; sister, Mable W. Smith of Schriever, LA; brother, Charley (Betty) Walker, Sr. of Thibodaux, LA; eight grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Clifford, Jr. was preceded in death by his parents, Clifford  Walker, Sr and Mable Winslow Walker; son, Craig Walker; sister, Ruby Walker; paternal grandparents, Lemuel Walker and Elmira Ross Walker and his maternal grandparents, Charlie Winslow and Jane Howard Winslow.
