Scott O Foster

Scott Orville Foster, 66, of Royal, Arkansas passed away peacefully surrounded by his family and friends on March 26 2025 at St. Vincent Hospital in Hot Springs, Arkansas. He was born in Walnut Creek, California on September 18, 1958 to Arlen and Betty Foster. He worked as a plasterer for over 20 years in California before moving to Arkansas where he worked at Walmart for over 25 years. He loved hunting, fi shing, guns, shopping at pawn shops and fl ea markets. Scott had a quick wit, he took great pleasure joking and harassing loved ones. He will be remembered as a loving father, son, brother and friend to many. He is survived by his mother Betty Foster of Concord, California, sons Montana Alkire-Foster of Royal, Arkansas, and Cody Foster of Kirby, Arkansas, sisters Becky Bruno (Rachel) of Pittsburg, California, and Arla Brunner (Mike) of Lincoln, California, and niece Kimberly Bruno (Patrick) of Pittsburg, California. He was preceded in death by his father Arlen Foster.

Scott’s wishes were for no formal services. However, he would get a kick out of family and/or friends getting together as they see fi t to celebrate his life. In Scott’s memory donations may be made to Shriner’s Hospital or your local Veterans Association.
