Frank Alex Huggs, 73, of Hot Springs, Arkansas passed away peacefully November 6, 2022.
Frank was born February 22, 1949, in Hot Springs, to the late Dodson and Doris Huggs. He was preceded in death by his brother Wayne Huggs and sister Brenda Yates.
Frank is better known around Hot Springs at the “Little Debbie Man”, as he was an independent distributor in this area for more than 25 years. He enjoyed playing golf and loved the horse races, never missing an opening day, save one, for 59 years. Many years shared at Oaklawn with friends and family made some of his greatest memories.
Frank is survived by his loving wife of 48 years, Coila “Cissy” (Washburn) Huggs; sister Linda Sue Small; sister-in-law Jean Huggs; nephews Gregg Huggs, Joe Small and Jeff Small; niece Kathy Mitchell and numerous great-nieces and great-nephews; and a special young man that Frank considered as a son, Brent Brainerd.
A memorial service will be held 10:00 am Thursday, November 10, 2022 at Gross Funeral Home Chapel.
In lieu of flowers, memorials contributions in memory of Frank Huggs may be made to the American Heart Association.
