Elizabeth Bloor Robbins, 64, passed away on November 7, 2024, in Hot Springs, AR. Born on May 13, 1960, in the same city, she dedicated her life to nurturing and caring for others, both as a nurse and in her personal life.
Liz graduated from Hot Springs High School in 1979 and soon discovered her lifelong calling in nursing. She embarked on her nursing career in 1987, focusing on long-term care. Throughout her career, she worked with dedication at Rosewood Manor, Garland Nursing and Rehab, and The Atrium at Serenity Pointe, to name a few. Her compassion made a significant impact on many lives.
A devout member of Piney Baptist Church, Liz found strength and solace in her faith, which guided her through her life. Her hobbies included spending quality time with family, enjoying trips to the beach, watching game shows, and passionately cheering for the Arkansas Razorbacks.
Liz is survived by her husband of 42 years, Phillip Robbins; daughter Kristen Robbins (Tori); siblings, Dorothy Kimery (David), Ricky Bloor, Rodney Bloor (Danelle Newton), Randy Bloor, and Roger Bloor (Kathy); sister-in-law Judy Fields (Pat); and numerous loving nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father, Richard Bloor, and mother Rita Blake.
A visitation will be held at 9:00am, followed by the funeral at 10:00 am on Wednesday, November 13, 2024 at Piney Baptist Church, located at 3150 Albert Pike Road.
Liz will be remembered for her unwavering kindness and the profound love she shared with all who knew her. Her legacy as a caregiver and cherished member of her community will continue to inspire those she leaves behind.
