Kenneth Boyd Brock

Kenny was an over the road truck driver as well as a diesel mechanic. The solitude of the road and satisfaction of completing a maintenance project kept him going and brought him pride. Most important he was a christian and believed in the redeeming power of our LORD and Saviour Jesus Christ. He attended the Hope Mills Church of GOD in Hope Mills. He was an avid outdoorsman and loved spending time in the woods hunting, near the creek or lake fishing and boating, or out on the open road of adventure RVing. More than this he loved spending time with his Family and his Friends creating and fostering the warm and happy memories we reflect on today.

Left to cherish his memory are his loving wife Joan of 29 years; his Father, Boyd Brock; his brother, Glenn Brock; his daughter, Heather James; step-daughter, Samantha Miller; step-son, Leon Miller, Jr. and Diane; granddaughters, Cricket and Ayden Blythe and Briana Kelly; grandsons,Justin Fogle and Terry Lewis, Jr.; great-grandson, Bentley Lewis; a niece, Sheryl; and a nephew Steven Brock and Carolyn.

Awaiting his arrival in heaven is his Mother, Nancy Capps Brock; his sister-in-law, Laurie Rogers Brock; his niece, Angela Leach, his brother-in-law, Ronald George; and his dog, Buddy.

The Family will receive friends 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM Saturday, January 7, 2023 at Hope Mills Church of God located at 4830 Cameron Rd., Hope Mills, NC.

Funeral Services will be held at 10:00 AM with Pastor Wesley Holmes.

Interment will follow the service at Cumberland Memorial Gardens, 4509 Raeford Rd., Fayetteville, NC.
