She was born in Happy Valley, Pago Pago, Amerika Samoa on February 26, 1934 to Pupuali’i Fuali’i and Mama Patea. Emma married, Peter Peo Stanley and had 8 children, 2 of their daughters Ku’ulei G. Stanley and Emily S. Davis are deceased.
Emma is known for her brilliant skills as a seamstress and gifted expertise as a crafter. Through her many talents she has touched numerous lives with unconditional love, ruling with an iron fist and that beautiful fiery temper that exploded brighter than the sun.
Survived by: Husband: Peter Peo Stanley Sr.; Sons: Emmanuel (Collette) Stanley, Peter P. Stanley Jr., Atamaifalani Stanley and Pe’o Stanley; Daughters: Uila (Dexter) Coloma and La-Sirena (Joseph) Stanley-Laui. Grandchildren: Makaniokealoha (Tracey) Aoki-Stanley, Waiokealoha (Michelle) Aoki-Stanley, Emma (Brandon) Coloma-Nakano, Miracle (Lawrence) Matsumoto, Iolani Stanley, Atamai Stanley, Anoalo Stanley, Vaioleola Stanley, Kawailani Aoki-Stanley, Peter (Teffany) Stanley-Swope, Lefanoga Stanley, Israel Stanley, Nalani Stanley, Isreal Stanley, Pele Stanley, Sifa Peo-Mikaele Stanley-Laui and Andrew Tausinga Stanley-Laui.
