Daniel Carvalho, 97, of Lihue, Hawaii, passed away on July 6, 2014 at Wilcox Hospital. He was a Retired Superintendent of Hawaiian Dredging, a Member of the Puerto Rican Association Club, and a Baseball Coach for Makule League. Daniel is survived by his step-daughters, Lorraine (Peter) Borrero and Mildred Kealoha; hanai daughters, Sylvia (Bob) Beach and Phyllis (Gilbert) Rivera; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held on July 19, 2014 at Borthwick Kauai Mortuary. Visitation will be at 10:30am and service will begin at 11:30am. Burial to follow at Kauai Memorial Gardens at 2pm.
