Harley J. “Jim” Miller, 87, of Inverness, Florida, passed away on Tuesday, Feb 25, 2020 at Vitas Healthcare in Lecanto, Florida. A native of Minneapolis, Minnesota, he was born June 18, 1932 to Harley and Rose (Rawlins) Miller. Jim, as he was known to many, served his country honorably and proudly during the Korean War in the United States Navy as a hospital corpsman and then became a coffee salesman on Long Island, New York. He moved to the Inverness area over 20 years ago and is survived by his loving wife, Fe L. Miller of Inverness, Florida; sister Olga Lyne of Minnesota; six children and his four stepchildren Enrico and Federico Enriquez of The Philippines; Dolores Madray (husband Asthon Madray), Inverness, Florida; Edmund Callo (wife Alexandra Callo), Lecanto, Florida; sister-in-law and brother-in-law Florita and Harold Yahnke, Inverness, Florida: grandchildren Alaina and Cassandra Callo; Ruffy, Kimberly and Valirie Alutaya and great grandchild Athena Louise Alutaya. In addition to his parents, Jim was preceded in death by his previous wife, Corazon Miller, on Nov. 10, 2015 and a brother Leonard. Friends will be received on Sunday, March 1, 2020 from 1:00 to 2:00 P.M. at Wilder Funeral Home, Homosassa, Florida, where a funeral service will take place at 2:00 P.M. with military honors rendered by the United States Navy and the American Legion Post #155.
