Charles was born on June 10, 1957 in Fulton, MO the son of John and Lois (Summers) Spencer who preceded him in death. He worked for Cargill for several years as a turkey hanger before retiring in 2000. He was also a member of the Labor’s Union. Charlie enjoyed bowling, reading and playing horse shoes.
Survivors include: two sisters, Carolyn Mobley of Holts Summit, MO and Anita Servos of Jefferson City, MO; one brother, Kenneth Spencer of Holts Summit, MO and several nieces and nephews. He was also preceded in death by three brothers, Jerry Spencer, David Spencer and Henry Spencer and one sister, Barbara Spencer.
Graveside services will be held on Thursday, November 14, 2024 at 2:00 pm at Bull Cemetery with Pastor Bruce Williamson officiating.
