Lucille Carlin Roach, 91 of Citrus Springs, Florida passed away September 18, 2017. She is survived by her daughter: Charlotte Eileen Marler, Debra Lou Carlin Weekley Oliver, her sons; "Bill" William Franklin Carlin, Michael Charles Carlin, her brother, James Paul Jones, 13 grandchildren and 35 great grandchildren. Lucille was preceded in death by her her husbands; William F. Carlin (1983) and Raymond Roach, her daughter, Connie Sue Carlin, and her five brothers and three sisters; Chuck, Matthew, John, George, Leo, Mary, Eda and Jane.
