Colette was born on October 29, 1928 in Chicago. Sixty-six years ago she married Roger Beckman and moved to Holland, where they raised three sons, Timothy, David and Anthony. Colette had a sharp mind and was an accomplished masters bridge player. She loved nature and animals; pomeranians and bird watching were among her favorites.
Colette is survived by her husband, Roger; her three children, Timothy, David (Quyen) and Anthony; her sister and brother-in-law, Carol and Richard LaBarge; three grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. She will be missed.
A visitation to celebrate Colette’s life will be from 4-7:00 PM, Friday, April 29, 2022 at Lakeshore Memorial Services, 11939 James St. Holland.
