Mark "Mike" Crandall

Mike moved to Chattanooga in 1967. He worked for various fastener companies until he opened his own company in 1976 (Bolts & Nuts, Inc.) Mike retired in March of 2006.

He was an active member of Dallas Bay Baptist Church where he was a member of Gate Keepers Sunday School Class. He previously was a member of First Presbyterian Church of Chattanooga. He served as a deacon at both churches.

Mike was preceded in death by his parents, Edwin Irving and Ruth Manley Crandall, and brother, Edwin Irving Crandall, II.

Mike is survived by his wife, Lois Cunningham Crandall, daughters, Karen D. Elrod, Kathy L. Mann, grandchildren, Zachary Elrod, Austin Elrod, Cassie Elrod, Coleton Elrod, Matthew Dunn, Sarah Mann; and several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends Tuesday, May 22 from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. at the North Chapel.

Funeral service will be held 11:30 a.m. Wednesday, May 23, 2012, at the North Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home with Dr. David McNabb officiating .

Burial will be at Hamilton Memorial Gardens.
