Larry Clark was a good man and a good friend. His friends at McKee considered him a true Renaissance man, someone who knew a lot about a lot of things. After looking at the photos in the memory book, it is clear that we did not have a clue just how many interests and abilities he really had. I am so thankful to have known Larry. He was an encouragement and a challenge to keep on learning and keep on living to the full. I am a much richer person because I knew him. Cindy, may the Lord give you courage and comfort in the days ahead.  

I worked with Larry at McKee Foods.  I was in Product Development and he in Engineering, of course.  We didn’t ever have a big project together, but he was always kind, helpful, and patient, whether training me how to use engineering’s data collection program for troubleshooting quality issues or digging into programming to fix a proofer that had made work difficult for me on another project team.
I am very sorry for your family’s loss.  Praying good memories bring you comfort and God’s promises bring you peace.   

I am very sorry for your loss.  The opportunity of working with Larry always made such a positive impact on me.  He was always several levels ahead of everyone, yet he would always stop to make sure we could follow along.  
As I look at the pictures posted here, many of them are great reminders of the expressions he had as his mind worked to find a solution, or as he watched others with his sly grin, as they tried to uncover the hidden humor in his words or actions.  I pray that God will bless you and your family with the strength and comfort that only he can provide.

Cindy, we love you and are continuing our prayers for you and your family. We have fond memories of you and our brother-in-law Larry’s visits to Maryland and the many Chesapeake seafood dinners we all enjoyed. After reading so many wonderful comments left by friends and family on this site, it is evident Larry touched so many in a positive way.  We know Larry as a dear sweet Christian man that kept God in the center of his life.  We know you and Larry gave so much love and happiness to each other.  Larry will always be in our hearts.  We are all so blessed to have had Larry touch our lives.  We will miss him greatly but will take comfort in knowing our sorrow is only temporary.  Larry’s memory in our hearts will be our daily treasure until we meet him in heaven.

I will truly miss spending time on this Earth with my brother in Christ Larry Clark. He was so good to me.  My memories of us working together to get a bed for my mother, helping make some repairs at my home, and the wonderful experience of teaching together are dear to my heart. Rest in peace my dear brother and I will meet you on that Resurrection morning.

Hello, I worked with Larry at McKee Foods where we did large projects together.  Once we were in Europe together on a project, and I had forgotten to bring my Bible.  (This was before cell phone Bibles.)  Larry was kind enough to lend me his while on the trip.  He really cared that people had the Bible to read!  I can whole-heartedly agree with the other comments about his knowledge and intelligence.  He was a blessing to work with and learn from!  I look forward to seeing him in the future.

Natalie, as you prepare to celebrate the life of Larry, I will keep you, Cindy, and the family in my thoughts and prayers.

Cindy,  I'm a friend and fellow engineer of Larry's.   He was a great guy!  One of the smartest men I have ever known.   Yet he also a  had a good sense of humor, and was humble and down-to-earth with  us less intelligent folks.   I was fortunate to be able to enjoy a few lunches with him and Larry Martin the past few years.  I know we have never met, but I do know that Larry loved you dearly.    
I am very sorry for the pain and grief you must be feeling now.  I pray that God will give you the peace and strength that only He can give, the next few difficult days, and then for the months to come.

Larry was smarter than even the average engineer, yet still a joy to work with and a very caring person.  I can recall him helping me through calculus when I went back to school and was always interested in my family and our hobbies.  After our house burned, Larry gave my boys a .22 rifle which they enjoyed throughout their youth.  His brilliance, wit, and generosity definitely had a positive impact on my life.  

Larry was a blessing and I pray God’s peace on his family.  Isaiah 26:3


I did not get to work with Larry often, but when I did he was always able to make the project smoother, with his knowledge & wit. Besides work, he love to discuss his family, photography and wood working.  He had such a passion for them all and was a pleasure when you got to see him talk about them.   
Rest in The Lord, Larry.  We will see you again!  Prayers for his family and my condolences.

Larry's sense of humor was the best. One day while brushing my teeth in the ODMRC restroom Larry walked in and after watching me for about 10 seconds he asked, "ever think of using an electric tooth brush, never mind". I was bushing my teeth faster than an electric one could ever go. 

I will always have fond memories of taking road trips to visit Uncle Larry & family as a child. He was always kind, full of knowledge, and he was always happy to share his experiences and likewise eager to hear about what was new in my life.  My family and I would like to share our condolences with Cindy, my cousin David, and all Larry’s family and close friends, he will be dearly missed.

Larry has always been a bright light of cheer and laughter walking in our neighborhood. My husband had the best times talking and sharing stories. Our grandson, Brady, always called him “a cool dude”! During my husband’s confinement recovering from strokes Larry made a point to stop and wave at the window in my husband’s room. He looked forward to his waves! Larry will be missed greatly in our lives. 

I enjoyed working with Larry. His genius never overshadowed his kindness. A true gentleman and he will be missed.

We are saddened by Larry’s passing.  He left a huge legacy of helping younger people and influencing them with Godly, fatherly, advice.   He was a living example that we all can follow.   We will miss his kind smile at ABBA’s House.

I always enjoyed working with Larry.  I have good memories of him sharing his knowledge with me.  I look forward to seeing him again in the presence of our Savior.  Praying for the family at this time.
